Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were amazing
Restaurants all very expensive, none reasonably priced. Didn't like
sharing a lift with the visitors to sky bar - too many people and we
couldn't get to our own room without queuing

The attitude of the staff and how they treated us with respect. We were made to feel very special. The veiw from the room was also a significant bonus.
The amount of security at the Dome and the Sky bar was over the top and intimidating. We went there for a drink but found it unappealing and not welcoming.

Balcony, 64th floor bar
At the first impression in the lobby was not very impressive. It was
quite busy with the people came from the bar, and staff around. And we
had to wait sometime. This does not make feel us that we are well
treated. If you have some quite and nice area only for guest who are
waiting for check in. It will be nice.
